Great location, you can walk to any interesting places in the city in a few minutes. Executive Penthouse Terrace Room was great choice and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Geneva.

Location is perfect as it is exactly opposite to the Geneva train station (1 to 2 min walking) close to the lake as you may take about 10 min walking. I booked the family room which is basically two rooms at the end of the corridor and one external door to isolate the two rooms. Room is very good and the view was great. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone is visiting Geneva.

Amazing Hotel. The staff were friendly and cooperative. The rooms clean and basic things provided. I would definitely come back and recommend others to stay. The location is also good, right in front of the train station and walking distance to the shops.

Although the location of the hotel is perfect and we got an early check in, however this is is stingiest hotel I have stayed in! For the value of money paid, it is not worth it. When I first came I asked how to open the AC, the person told me “why you need the AC just open the window, it is winter”, then we asked for water for our two rooms( they only gave us one bottle for one room for our 2 nights stay), the receptionist said “one bottle of water for the whole reservation even if you have 2 rooms booked” like if I have a group of 10 with 10 rooms, you will give me 1 bottle for the whole group?! The bathroom needs maintenance asap, the water in the tub does not drain properly. The housekeeping cleaning is not that good. All in all, paying 200CFH per night considering this level of service is totally not worth it and I wouldn’t recommend it.
