Stayed 6 nights in a hotel with office colleagues and booked around 5-6 rooms. Rooms are neat and clean, but real problem is hotel cooling system. The average room temperature is 29-30 degrees in these days. They had a terrible AC cooling system. Other guests also complain about cooling but hotel management doesn't respond and arrange fan instead of repair cooling systems. Breakfast is also average and rooms are neat and clean with hot and cold water.

Location is good for local hospitals . Room is spacious but air con did not work so we were very hot. The lobby and the breakfast terrace are the coolest parts of the hotel. Room service was good, but there is no hotel bar and nowhere nearby to go for a drink.

There is no parking. There was a man who did not park our car in front of the hotel. You want something, you call the reception 10 times. 3 people stay for 5 days only one free water. Other days are paid. There is a boy who does not like Arabs. I understand a little Turkish, but that boy at the reception didn't know that. It's a very bad feeling. Racists.

We stayed a few days ago. The rooms are very warm. Central air conditioning system. You cannot operate the air conditioner. There was an attendant at the reception who showed muscles, did not get up from his seat, and talked to us by crossing his legs. We conveyed our problem to him, but there was no solution. Breakfast is buffet but poor. If you're vegetarian, you're starving. If you're not, you have little choice. Location is bad. Taxi is hard to find. They are a complete robber when you want to exchange currency. The commission they apply in foreign currency is very high. We exchanged it in the market. If you change your money at the hotel, you will lose a lot. The only plus of the hotel is cleanliness. Cleaning was fine.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms and outside look are simply superb. In terms of value for money (I paid 500 euros for a week stay in a 4-star hotel in the largest city in Turkey), it is difficult to find something better. The staff is just wonderful, but I would especially like to highlight the responsive reception, and timely chambermaids who always keep the rooms clean. Also, during my stay, I was lucky enough to meet the owner of the hotel, Erdem. A wonderful person who can also help if difficulties arise. In general, there are no options, 5/5.
