Location amazing , rooms decent enough for the price but unfortunately the wifi does not work in bedrooms! Staff constantly ensured us it would be fixed but it was not after our 5 day stay. Of course there is loud noise until at least 3am because it is in the best location for partying. Otherwise great stay but the the lack of wifi and reassurance did not help with this review or overall stay.

This place is right in the centre of the walking street and alleyways filled with amazing restaurants and bars. It is very very loud at night - until about 3am daily (live music right outside the window). We didn’t mind as we had read reviews before coming and we preferred the location over quiet. Our biggest issue was the lack of wifi. We had absolutely no wifi in our room the entire stay and our 4G SIM cards barely worked either. The staff tried to fix it but it never happened so we spent 5 nights without connection (couldn’t even download google maps). So if wifi and connection is important to you, make sure you check your room connection before checking in. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay. The rooms were clean enough and the staff were mostly helpful.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, unfortunately the hotel is super close to Bui Vien walking street - the night club strip and you will have to hear the DJ’s and techno until 5am every night of the week. Then the construction starts on an adjoining building at 6am. If you are coming to party, then this place is for you - if not keep reading !! It isn’t the easiest hotel to find, it’s in a building with more advertising for the tours and the salon below than for the hotel it’s self. You need to head in as it you’re going to the salon, then use the stairs on the left to walk up to the reception desk. The rooms are basic- we booked a Japanese style quadruple but were given a triple room- being tired after delayed flights and travelling all day, we let it go- our mistake ! The bathroom is gross, with mould and hair in the grout, water stains on the ceiling and in the main room, no coverings on the windows to stop the lights from the nightclubs coming in. There are some fantastic restaurants close by and easy to get a grab to head out to the markets or explore the city, the central market is a short walk away and located at the end of the street. I’m sure you can find better accommodation in the same price range and get a good nights sleep there to enjoy the busy atmosphere of district 1.

My room looked nothing like the one I had booked. No plugin by the bed, no space around sink for anything and no shelf in shower. You get two big towels but no face cloth. The wifi didnt work on my floor so everyone in building was using one router. Awful internet. In my booking I payed for airport pickup and drop off aswell as free motorcycle to use. Both of those items didnt exist when I asked for them and when I showed them my coformation they said they no longer have that service.
