RT to Vung Tau. Vehicle's anemities are not functional as advertised, but for only two hours trip, didn't bother me. The company advertised as first class sets, but that's not the case, hence 4 stars.

The worst limousine I’ve ever seen. Nothing worked there. I couldn’t charge my phone because there was no energy, there was no massage, because the remote control didn’t work. It was freezing there (it was impossible to close the air conditioner slot) and now I have a high temperature. Also there was a huge nail in the back of another seat. I will never buy their tickets again. The prise is the same as another buses have (200.000), so there is no point to choose this company. They don’t respect their clients.

Booked a specialized bus at 7:00 a.m., reserved seats 3 or 4 because I had a small baby and was pregnant. The operator only noted, but did not accept front seat reservations, "WHO GETS ON THE CAR FIRST, SITS FIRST" due to schedule change, so I changed to the 6:30 trip and also When asked to order seats 3 or 4, the operator gave the same answer. Only notes, not accepting orders. Luckily the car arrived empty so I got in and sat in 2 seats 3 4. Then there were 2 guests who said "they booked seats 3 or 4 and asked me to return those seats". The garage also said the same! The garage's solution must be too bad. I've been riding Huy Hoang for a long time, but from now on, please excuse me!

I booked a ticket for the 5:30 p.m. flight on December 22, seat number 5 from 307 Nguyen Van Troi to Vung Tau. And the bus company on recent trips keeps forcing me to sit in another seat even though I always book and pay in advance The reason is that the 5:30 p.m. bus went first even though I got to the office on time Booking tickets and paying in advance with the purpose of keeping the seat and being comfortable, but always forced to sit in a different seat for the same reason? It doesn't matter who booked and whether or not they paid in advance If the camera finds it impossible to seat customers as ordered, then cancel all of these services Don't give bad service and then force others to accept it And if you don't go, then get off the bus??? Is this the way Huy Hoang serves customers?

I booked a flight at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 307 Nguyen Van Troi to VT. I carefully went to address 307 at 6:00 p.m., but the dispatcher asked me to let 2 other people go and let me go to the 7:00 p.m. flight, even though I and the other 2 people booked the 6:30 p.m. flight. People leave 5 minutes early and get on the bus right away. When I leave 30 minutes early, they ask me to wait longer for the next bus. Waited nearly 1 hour before being allowed to board. After working all day, I was tired and met with an unprofessional coordinator.
