We stayed here for 4 nights, after a bad experience in a different guest house, the staff was very kind and went out of their way to help us. We really enjoyed the room and the hotel utilities, they offer breakfast as well but it’s not very accommodating to vegan guests, nevertheless, very much enjoyed our stay. Might be a little noise from the street, so if you’re a light sleeper maybe check if there’s a room not facing the street.

Definitely not fancy but great value for money. Stayed in a Triple Room on the 3rd floor. It was not as noisy as expected (seeing our distance to Beer Street) but there was definitely noise that travelled to our room. Pros: - Super convenient location, walking distance to many places including Bui Vien (Beer) Street. Ben Thanh Market is walkable or a short bike ride away. - 2 convenient stores right beside the hotel - Many highly rated food options around; banh mi paradise! - Very convenient for Grabfood too - retrieve delivery from lobby - Sufficient seats & surfacetops in the room (Triple) so all 3 of us had a seat & surface top which was perfect for eating our Grabfood - Great & clean massage place just 2 doors away (Buda Tree Spa) - Reception staff was nice and welcoming - Gave us 50% off drink vouchers for cafe at hotel (overpriced coffee but doable if you just needed a quick fix) Cons: - Hotel decor is aged, room amenities have seen better days - Do not have high standards for cleanliness - Toilet only has a bathtub and not shower stall, bathtub is grimy - We did not have luggages but would think that it might be difficult to have space to open a few luggages - Breakfast coupon need to be collected each day and spread is LIMITED. Not a big issue for me since it was free but definitely manage your expectations. - Location is ideal but be prepared for jams & surges when on the road at night, especially during weekends

If you are wanting a nice place to stretch out & relax DO NOT book a Deluxe Double Room. It’s like staying in a wardrobe with an ensuite. Bed as hard as a slab of concrete, can only access from one side as the other side is so close to the wall it’s ridiculous. Cupboard door that houses the mini bar fridge hits the bed so very awkward to access. Safe in wardrobe is not bolted down & easy to remove so why bother. Aircon struggled to keep our room cool enough to sleep comfortably. Towels had holes in them, however when we did complain at least they replaced to towels & played around with the air conditioner remote. At 9pm on our second night we had to complain again about our aircon & we were moved to another room (so I’ve given them an extra star for service because they did try to make us comfortable). Think all the aircons could do with a decent service & a clean especially when you need them on 24/7 to keep the motel rooms comfortable. Breakfast is included but you have to walk to Saigon Citi Hotel A around the corner for it. In fairness the reception staff are very polite & friendly & the room is clean enough, just not comfortable for a couple at all!!!
