I have had the worst experience of staying in Pattaya in this hotel. They have a list of fines that only aim to steal from passengers by fines. They don't clean the glasses. They don't clean the toilet properly. They don't bring water. My wife was on her period and there was a drop of blood on the bed sheet. The hotel owner forced us to wash it or pay a fine of 200 baht, and we washed it. When we left, they showed us a picture of the bed sheet and a fine of 300 baht. They wanted to, I told them to call the police, but they didn't call the police and they were fined. They want to steal from passengers with these fines.

Hotel building is almost new so rooms are in good conditions. For room cleaning you have to inform For that which is usually nowhere andno intercom in room. No bedsheet change, bathroom goods like tissue, shower gel,shampoo you have to inform staff. Free breakfast is a good facility also.location is justified. Overall in this price it's good but administration needs to Take some good initiative for service improvement

Very worst room. The receptionist cost you unnecessary for bed stain from the bed cot rust and towels used like 500baht. They basically don't want to give back our deposit amount. This is a theft from all the tourist by this hotel. Don't stay or choose this hotel at any cost.

Tiny wall, any sleeping posibility is zero, for cleaning cleaner ask you 100-200 thb just because towel and sheet been used and make you scear if not pay maneger can charge 500-1000 thb , for key want 500 thb that is exactly what they talking about to not pay you back. Over all if you not aible sleep there is even 100 thb too muche for kind room its not hotel its old apartment that make it rooms whit tiny wall to sleep
