Location was good but rooms are too noisy, can’t sleep a bit. Breakfast iş just OK. Too many muslim guests but not a single thing was halal. Won’t stay again

Location with main road. A mosque near the hotel. Ratchathewi station 300 m far. Buffet breakfast items can be more. They gave us a room at 9am. Though they are supposed to give after 12. Breakfast for my kid was free.

Pros: 1. Excellent location (7-10mins walking from Ratchathewi BTS). Also Paya Thai BTS is walkable distance 10-15mins, which has connection to the airport 2. Some dining options and some restaurants nearby also 7 eleven is beside the hotel. 3. Room was very clean. 3. Pricewise very affordable hotel in this location 4. People in the hotel are very welcoming. Cons: 1. Disappointed with the breakfast because very less varieties. Breakfast was ok nothing special and could be better. Not so happy with the breakfast variety, very less varieties. 2. No swimming pool or exercise room.

We have super bad experience in this hotel ! * being chased by staff of the restaurant before finishing our food * Arrogant & horrible attitude from the receptionist Please think twice if you want this bad experience note staying to ruin your whole Bangkok trip !! Yesterday night around 10:30pm we ordered wine & food to eat at downstairs lobby’s restaurant Before 10:30pm we ordered 1 bottle of wine & 3 bottles of beer 10:45pm we ordered another bottle of wine & 1 bottle of beer, food arrived 10:50pm they chased us back to our room , and ask us to leave IMMEDIATELY and don’t allow us to sit there anymore. The hotel receptionist lady & 2 restaurant workers who worked on 26Sep night shift was SUPER TERRIBLE! They grouped together and ask us to leave the restaurant and said they want to close now. But when the moment we place an order at 10:45pm she did not mentioned at all that the restaurant is closing. As before we sat down , the previous receptionist told us we are able to sit till 12am even if the restaurant closed. This is ridiculous! The girl receptionist ask the previous , but she denied that she promised us about sitting till late. What kind of service is this? We paid for our bills too! We asked for permission before we made our order! But what we got is this kind of HORRIBLE service, chasing client away in a super bad manner! Please think twice if you want this bad service & experience to ruin your whole Bangkok trip ! We are travelling every month in other countries, this is the first time we let staff chase us out of the restaurant before finishing the food! This is the worst one ever!

Con ! 2.5- The bed and the pillows solid as a rock . So tiring to sleep on. Maybe it the standard room. Not sure about deluxe. Staffs were helpful to gave us extra quilt to comfort the bed. Thanks. AC face to bed. Sound proofing not good within hotel rms , outside sound proofing its ok. The room is proper size n looks clean. The lighting is enough. Amenities and hair dryer given. Bathroom also ok, jus a bit smell. Wifi is good. They really shoud put a comforter on top or change the bed mattress.
