Simple small double cottage with almost no division between. Neighbor keep you awake all night. Beds too hard. No hot water. Toilet not working. Staff do not accept one minute delay for checkout and chase you to leave, so you forget things in the room. Bad value for the money. Price same as a 5 star hotel in Bangkok. No group discount given. Nice porch.

Staying here at the moment, first week of 2 done. The staff are so attentive, genuinely lovely and helpful. The resort itself is lovely, rooms a little dated but the staff make up for it. I'd rather have great geuine service and and an OK room than a great room and not so nice staff. The breakfast that comes with the room is beyond expectations. A proper nice buffet. The dinner menu is amazing. I've tried a few dishes and was blown away with how tasty they are. I didn't expect the food ro be this nice buy I was very pleasantly surprised and the price is great too. 180baht for a beautiful dinner is a bargain. The local bars , especially the umbrella bar just up the road is such a great inviting bar. Lovely staff, they offer to take you back to cocopalm resort as a kind gesture which is so lovely. This place has so much kindness and surrounded by lovely staff and locals. I would highly recommend staying here even if you are a solo traveller like me. They really look after you and so do the locals

Great spot on a quiet end of Koh Samui. Hotel staff is amazing. The resort is also beautiful and situated on the quiet side of the beach. Very relaxing. The resorts a bit outdated, however it still serves its purpose. The wifi can be a little iffy at times. Restaurant staff and room service are all amazing! Came in super late first night, 15 mins before closing and they whipped me up some amazing dinner. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet location away from the action. The 2 bedroom villa with plunge pool was outdated and the beds are very firm. Could use a revamp in the room. Thanks to this hotel for taking me in last minute when Agoda cancelled my other reservation at 9pm (30 mins before checkin)

This is a difficult one to review. I should easily be giving them a 5 star review. The staff are fantastic. Helpful in so many ways and I'd give them 10 stars 🌟 . The included breakfast was OK. The hotel menu what we ate was always good. The bar and restaurant staff were great. Our eventual room was lovely. The pool, beach and restaurant location is lovely. BUT On arrival the room we were given was awful. Poorly maintained the shower was terrible and the room smelled. The size was small to say the least. This really was a kick in the teeth after 20 hours travelling and caused tension to say the least. We had to upgrade at an extra cost of 900 baht per night. All I can say is do not book the standard rooms (I think the hotel call them superior. Which is seriously missleading!!!) Our room was sub standard. My advice to the hotel. Seriously think about upgrading these rooms with a refit. You are doing yourself a miss service. I wouldn't pay half of what you charge for those rooms.
