Excellent guesthouse to stay in! We spent a wonderful time for our 'sisterhood' trip (my daughter, my younger sister and I). As the hotel is in the center of Rome, it is very easy to reach every to-be-seen spots by walk ( between 10 to 30 mn) whilst the location is very quiet (no noise) The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The breakfast is more than correct. The team was absolutely sweet and professional. Many thanks to Gian and his colleague for the delightful journey! We will come back for sure! 🙂

Clean and nicely designed rooms(we stayed in the large luxury room with a jacuzzi). the staff was very nice and helpful. breakfast was tasty(brought to our room). Great location with walking distance to all the popular places.

The door is not labelled due to it being a historic building but it was easy enough to find due to detailed instructions from the host. Be prepared for stairs as the rooms are on the 4th floor with only a tiny lift. As the name says, only 5 rooms, but I was amazed we could afford such a luxurious "apartment". We reserved the suite and were pleasantly surprised: jacuzzi (center stage in the room), wonderful modern shower, aircon already set to 18 (fantastic when walking in off of 35 degree streets), and a large TV with netflix! Breakfast was delivered to the room and was delicious! The location is also prime walking distance to most of Rome's major attractions (and the train station). We would definitely stay here again!
