Pros: safe location and proximity to metro/termini, pubs/restaurants nearby, extremely friendly staff always eager to help, powerful AC, sparkling clean, quiet, daily room cleaning, Nespresso machine and capsules in rooms Cons: shower leaked, AC made minor noise. Overall I would rate it 5/5 and it’s an excellent value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to return again here.

Great location, Great stay! Staff was nice, room was clean. Water was hot and air conditioning was cold. Bed was very comfortable! only note I would have is bathroom is small, but functional

The location of this hotel is perfect! The staff were lovely and accommodating. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and soft. Unfortunately, our first flight was cancelled and we were unable to get a flight until the next day. We emailed the hotel and were told that our reservation would not be cancelled. Since we were already stressed about having to reschedule several activities, not having to worry about sleeping arrangements was a huge relief. The only critique for this hotel would be the bathrooms. The shower is very small and there is no spot inside the shower to keep shampoo/conditioner. Because of this, you have to open and close the shower door to get to your toiletries which results in water leaking onto the floor and makes it very slippery post shower. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this lovely spot in Rome. We look forward to visiting again some day!!
