My recent stay at the Santa Clara Marriott was outstanding. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, making for a great first impression. The gym facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of equipment. The on-site restaurant surprised me with fresh fruit options and reasonable prices. The hotel's convenient location and exceptional service by the friendly staff were the icing on the cake..

Excellent, easy to access parking. On-site restaurant has breakfast available at 6am. Room service was prompt during peak evening hours, and all of the food was great. While the current M lounge location is not huge, it is certainly quiet after 8pm or so if you want a snack in peace and don't want to visit the crowd at the bar. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were both comfortable and quiet. I will definitely stay here for future business trips.

Terribly disappointed with the service and quality of rooms. Low quality refrigerator in the room with absolutely zero cooling. This should have been checked by house keeping before check-in but not. Even the freezer at reception was not cold enough. Lost some important stuff because of this mishap and yet the hotel seem to be more focused on indemnification instead of care or concern. They charge an arm and leg for the stay but absolutely no value for the money they are charging customers. Very unbecoming of a Marriott brand.

A pretty remarkable stay that really surprised me. From the amazing staff to the clean and updated rooms, you couldn’t go wrong. The gym was excellent and if you’re lucky enough to order room service, it’s incredible. I highly recommend ordering from the room service or restaurants in the building - fresh and local veggies with incredibly well seasoned dishes.

I only spent one night at this Marriott, but lked the hotel. The room was modern, renovated and clean, with a nice balcony that overlooked a large pool. While I didn't use them, I noticed there was also a hot tub and seating area around a fire pit. The lobby was brightly lit and spacious. I stopped by the M Lounge (which is open to guests who book a room with lounge access or have status). It was large, with a nice coffee maker. I noticed that you can order food and drinks there too (for a few). My only complaint was that the bathroom was a tad bit small, which wasn't an issue for me as a solo traveler, but I could see being problematic if you are with a family.
