Absolutely loved it here. My boyfriend & I were visiting from Canada. The free breakfast was amazing - fresh pressed green juice & wonderful quality of fruit?! We looove our juice & fruit so we really appreciated all of that. All the food is great. Service during breakfast was always lovely. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I had a hospital visit due to a bad migraine one of the days. The front desk man at the time helped my boyfriend order AND get me into a cab to go to the ER. I know I've experienced other hotels where they would have acted a lot slower & not care as much in such situations; but the energy at this hotel was the opposite. No matter what was going on the hotel location & staff made our visit so much better. If you're looking for a safer area to be in with great quality food around, this is the spot. Across the street is a Fresh Market too. We noticed the other people staying here were friendly, mature, non-problematic. This hotel attracts a calm energy to it - which was perfect for us! Will definitely be staying here again next time we're back! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Got off to a bit of a rocky start with my reservation, most of the staff speak very little English, once I got to my room it got better, room is huge with a large bathroom that has a bath. Windows open for fresh air which is a bonus, does not have aircon but was a bit chilly when I was there anyway, breakfast is no big deal, cleaning staff are very friendly, I did enjoy my stay

Excellently priced hotel. Every convenience within walking distance. Clean rooms and excellent staff. Rooms do need to be updated. Shows its age but neat and clean. A bargain for the price!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL We booked this hotel as it was listed as a VIP Access hotel, which should have given us a complimentary room upgrade and discount on food and beverage. Instead, they disputed they were a VIP Access property, and they refused the benefits, and tried to get us to pay for the upgrade. We contacted Expedia who were wonderful and tried to assist, but in the end the lady on reception was really rude, and refused any of the benefits, telling us that Expedia should not have listed them as a VIP Access hotel and they should send a consultant out from Expedia to discuss this. In the end, the hotel was dirty, poor amenities and super rude staff. We left and booked a new hotel and thankfully Expedia gave us a gift card for future use. They even have signage saying they are 5 star, but really, they are more of a 1 star.
