You can find much better places for the same prices in the area. This is an absolute scam. Rooms are actually divided in two by drywalls. You can hear everything. People at deskfront refuse to give managers names.

Stayed here easily a dozen times. I invited a local Family to stay the weekend to make our collaboration on a project easier. The receptionist who had been here under a month charged a 25$ fee for an extra person…for their 6 year old child! How idiotic Is that? Management, when they are here couldn’t care less. I put up with the paper thin walls and the dialup speed internet for too long. Time to move on. They lost a lifetime customer over insulting negligence.

Please take this review more as a warning. Bookings won't post my review because they are ,'holding the cloak' on the scam of touting this dump! So let's get right to the point: July 2023 stay the noise was unbearable -- there's a full on construction project right next door which I've since learned bookings knows all about; however, their scam algorithms are designed to.put all the beautiful lovely sweet reviews first and hide those that really let you know what's going on. Shame on these Simon Legree Internet companies who scam you and the property to get the 'booking' here and now. Maybe you could earn your keep.and kinda tell us what the real deal is. Sorry but bookings with all the lucre they make with this scam website has a duty ,(yes that's right) to tell you about a major construction project right next door. I went to bookings to get away from the scam of Airbnb and basically went from the 'frying pan to the fire,'. Please consider what I'm saying here: these internet companies do little or nothing to help you in your choice of property and are way more about 'booking' here and now. Buyer beware!

Highly recommend. Was my first time in South America and even though my Spanish es muy malo, there were English speakers at the front desk. Great room, excellent breakfast & plenty of it. Felt comfortable in the neighborhood, and was able to walk to an artisan burger place for a 10oz burger with fries & a a beer for only $8--lucky if you can get just the buns for that much where I live. If I ever find myself in Colombia again I will look into getting here again.

Rooms were big and very comfortable, and the price is excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Great neighborhood. However, I selected the hotel because I was looking for a dog friendly hotel while I searched for an apartment in Bogota. Most places I looked up had a maximum size, and I saw this place had none, however, I wanted to make sure it was ok, so I made the reservation over the phone and was clear with the customer service that I have a huge dog of 37 kg, and was assured that dogs of all sizes were accepted. My dog traveled via cargo and arrived a couple of days after me, late in the evening. The next morning, I took him for a walk, and I was told by the front desk that my dog exceeded the size allowed. When I told them that I had confirmed via phone, and paid the fee for the dog upfront, they finally admitted that they did not have a maximum dog size but that they never realized how big he was (read above: I had been very clear he’s huge) and they would not have allowed him if they had known. For the rest of my stay, I had to enter and exit through the parking garage, which was humiliating, especially as my dogs colegio was picking him up and dropping him off, and he was very friendly.
