Very nice hotel and close to Sapporo station, clean facility. I wish the breakfast was included in the hotel fee. I tried the breakfast one morning, it was good but I think it was a little pricy. Otherwise satisfied with my stay.

This is a good hotel in term of location and room. The room is spacious and they have a big table with a small sofa inside so we can put our stuff and sit there. The location is just 5 mins walking to sapporo station and the breakfast was tasty. They have different dishes from local hokkaido. However, the bathroom sometimes smells of sewer when you open the water, i dont know why..

This is a wonderful new hotel in a great location. The number of elevators could be increased and A stairs should be provided for lower floors. Do try to avoid room 717 as be a little something going on and might be permanently 'occupied’ by the unseen guest. Check into that room You’d end up having a roommate. I woke up once to the sound of My Bag moving in the middle of the night and a second time to a voice in my right ear. The bed was also Sunken as if someone is already on it.

A super quick commute from JR Sapporo Station to the hotel. I really like this hotel and recommend it to others that are visiting. The room style and size is perfect for me. I really like the design of the room and the included booth/desk space. It’s very comfortable to use and I use it everyday. The rooms are always cleaned perfectly everyday and I appreciate the cleaning staff a lot. I reside on the most top most floor so I don’t hear that much noise. I do hear trains sometimes but it doesn’t bother me at all, it’s very minor. I hope to stay here again the next time I am in Hokkaido!

Newly built, modern, clean hotel situated near Sapporo station. Rooms are spacious and have separate bath and toilet (which is mostly from old Japanese households). Love the concept of the separator between the toilet and beds inside the room. Couldn't find any fault on the service either, after checking out, we managed to have leave our luggage and a beautiful Japanese lady has helped us get directions to Shiroi Koibito. She is very courteous and polite, even gave us a printed out direction and ensured we understood her. Forgot to get her name, but we checked out on 14th July 11am. Will stay here again if I have the opportunity to go back in Sapporo.
