We stayed for a week over the holiday and had a good stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Our aircon stopped working halfway through our trip, but the staff were helpful and changed our rooms for us as we couldn't manage without the heater in the cold Sapporo winter. I liked that our big size bed had space underneath that allows you to stow your luggage to allow more walking space in the room. We had breakfast as part of our plan and we ate there every morning. It can get very busy during breakfast time and there's only a two hour window to eat, so you have to be mindful when to have breakfast. The hotel is in Susukino, but you do have to walk a bit to get to public transportation, no longer than 10 minutes however. Convenience stores are all around. I would stay here again.

Modern, clean room, comfy beds. Nice to have self-serve laundry. However I would not stay again because the rooms were too small for 2 adults with large suitcases. The room size is better if you only have a backpack/small suitcase. Front desk folks were fine but always seemed a little annoyed, so it was uncomfortable asking for directions, etc. Great location, though, with lots of restaurants nearby.

We checked out today but originally we were suppose to change to another hotel, but decided to continue to stay here. I want to say the hotel management staffs were extremely helpful and friendly especially the GM . Our room was was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is perfect and family mart is just next door with many restaurant nearby. The Tanukikoji shopping street is just 5 mins walk. This made feel like staying another week but have to leave as I booked my return flight from Seoul. Today the hotel helped to arrange a taxi to airport and helped me to print out some documents which were whatsapp to them. Excellent experience.

Very clean and modern hotel. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Great blackout curtains. However, the room is extremelt small and you don't have much space too e around. Location is great, many great foods and shopping options around. Though it is quite a long walk from Susukino station. The worst part is the service, because they will only do room cleaning once every 3 days. And they don't replenish the coffee. This is the worst! What kind of hotel does not replenish the coffee daily! However, overall it was a comfortable stay. Great value. If I come back to Sapporo again I don't mind staying here again
