I booked a deluxe studio. When I arrived, the receptionist said that the room was no longer available. He then gave me another room which was extremely small and dirty. I can't put into words how dirty this hotel is. I was also scammed because they apparently do that to a lot of guests. They offer very nice rooms, you book them and when you arrive they are no longer available. Many people had the same problem (check out the reviews on Agoda). This was the worst hotel I have ever seen, I hope it will be closed soon as there are also a lot of vermin and bed bugs.

This place is the House of Horrors; do not make a reservation here under any circumstances. It appeared on Booking as a new hotel, but it's far from it. In reality, they simply change the name of the place every few months to erase the negative reviews they've accumulated. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by appalling customer service, and my room seemed untouched by cleaning for eons. To make matters worse, the mattress was infested with bedbugs. When I attempted to request a refund to escape this nightmarish place, they employed every excuse in the book to deny it, forcing me to handle the refund directly through Booking. Save yourself from what could potentially be the worst hotel experience ever. It's not a hotel; it's the House of Horrors or the Bedbug Inn. The choice is yours. May your travels steer clear of this nightmare. 🏚️🦗😱

Read reviews on Booking. It's a scam, selling under Geneva Hotel Istanbul now, but filthy, dirty snd full of bugs. Search for "Geneva Hotel Istanbul" on Booking, you see teal photosand comments that's it's Sarajevo hotel scamming under new name. No refunds, no help from Booking, just bed bugs to take home. 90% of ratings on Booking are 1.0 (the minimum possible from 10). Avoid.
