This place is a terrible mess to stay for your holiday in Ho Chi Minh city. Be advised it’s located in a narrow alley opposite with a primary school, things turned into literally a battle to get in the hotel as well as they let bikes block the entrance all the time. Nevertheless, you also have to pay for room electricity usage and they will lock the entry door at night make everything so uncomfortable to go out or getting food. - The owner required us to put down a bond fee immediately even thought we had just come in, after moving out for a week already we haven’t received our bond back. - It’s pricey for such mediocre quality, imagine staying in a hotel and have to ask for toilet paper(end up we’d rather buying from supermarket than asking them like begging for a toilet roll) -Stinky bathroom after flushing, aircon wasn’t working properly so we had to ask for additional fans) -During the period of 4 weeks we spent they were under repair work for 2 weeks( You probably don’t need an alarm clock since drill guns, hammering noises blasting nonstop until builders stopped to have lunch or til late afternoon) - The manager probably have zero knowledge of hospitality, she didn’t even bother to solve our issues at all then carelessly replied to our complaint:” do you have any other problems, the person currently renting the room doesn’t have any issue” - Only plus point to the hotel is the aquarium and the front house staff whose name is Yen with 2 room service ladies were very helpful and kind to us

we got a nice and adequate host and the apartment itself is nice, but how much we paid is not worth our nerves. other tenants continue to repair this building and allow themselves to break the walls even on Saturday from early morning, not allowing residents of the house to rest and sleep!!! it is impossible to be in the apartment!!! also a strong audibility, every evening the security closes the shutters with a terrible rattle for the whole house, there was also a big problem with the Internet, but after a week of my conversations we managed to get a normal Internet installed, which is one for the entire floor .. in general, I do not recommend rent an apartment in this building.

The noise of repair work in the morning is your favorite music? Welcome! As a bonus you get night rattle of garage doors! Weekends include! UPD: Owner doesn’t notify tenants about renovations and start at 8am even on a Saturday. Service still deserves 1 star Garage doors rattles every night
