There's nothing bad to say about this hotel. Due to its location just next to the train station it's very convenient to catch the Arlanda Express. All of the sightseeing places are just around the corner. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness is good. The service is outstanding. The staff is kind. If you travel to Stockholm and plan to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel.

Long weekend in Stockholm and really happy with the location and service. Scandic are just a great place to stay when travelling in the Nordic region and always my first choice. Breakfast buffet is always good - albeit can be really crowded.

Loved this hotel! I got the twin superior room. Highly recommend to get the breakfast included. There was a vast array of food options during the breakfast. A++. Close to metro. There is food stocked in rooms they can charge for. Staff was amazing. The bathrooms were very cozy and stocked. Had some wonderful showers. They don’t automatically clean rooms, but you can request it at desk or easier, through entertainment center in room.

Absolute worse bar experience I’ve had in Stockholm. The bartender was nonchalant, unprofessional, and under the influence of alcohol. We ended up with undrinkable cocktails, wrong amount charged my credit card and an attitude. The bartender didn’t own the mistake and sent me to the front desk, which sent me back to the bar. Thankfully his other colleagues were professional enough and service minded to solve the situation with calm. Hats off to them. I can’t believe such attitude, behaviour and language is accepted within Scandic.
