This hotel has a very convenient location and very good service! The manager is flexible, super nice, and tried to accomodate us as much as possible. He found us a place to eat even in the middle of the afternoon because our train was delayed. The room was a good size for me and my friends, beds very confortable and clean, though some bed sheets had rips and there were a few ants in the bathroom. They cleaned the room everyday. Beware of mosquitoes in the room! The other downside is that the main door was not suitcase-friendly. Overall I would recommend!

Mario and Laura made us feel so welcome and gave us many suggestions on “Local” shopping and some activities (Local as in where the people of Naples shop) Their rooms are absolutely spotless and remained that way for our entire 1 week stay. It looks a bit sketchy but once inside the building it was made warm and inviting by our hosts. A previous reviewer mentioned the large brown door (@20feet tall) with what we called a Hobbit door for people! LOL HINT- the checkin office is on the 1st floor and the rooms on the 2nd. So if you have bags be sure to use the elevator wisely. Highly recommend this place for ease for any activities and shopping. Thx again to Mario and Laura!!! Scott and Sharon

A lovely, clean hotel in a very safe and convenient area of town. About 5 minutes' walk from the Università metro station and within easy walking or cycling distance from some of the most interesting and vibrant areas in Napoli, including bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours and clothes shops. The staff are very hospitable and friendly, and the breakfast bar is always well-stocked with coffee, teas and pastries. All rooms include a clean and elegant ensuite with shower and air conditioning. An excellent choice if you're planning a short or long stay.

The staff are lovely , although as our flight was delayed we arrived at night and it's can be difficult to find. There are banners above a big brown door and on the buzzer there is the hotels name. Breakfast consists of pastrys yoghurts coffee tea toast etc. More suitable for couples then families due to the size of the hotel. The room was lovely and a safe feeling with the main door locked the door into the hotel locked and also the room lock. Now I k ow where it is I would happily stay there again. There is a metro university which can get you to the train station easily with 1 stop and only costs around 1.50 per person .

This hotel is a little hard to find. Especially at night. When you get to this location, look for the big brown door. (See google map picture before you go). Either knock or ring the bell, especially at night. (There are multiple doors that require keys to get in). The receptionist and guest rooms are actually on one level above ground. Convenient location. You can take the Alibus from the airport, that drops you off near the Port. And it’ll take less than a few minutes to find the big brown doors.
