Please avoid it. This so-called "hotel" (honestly: this is just a rather bad bed&breakfast pretending to be a hotel) is in a bad neighborhood in Napoli, it has the worst hotel breakfast I have seen in a dozen years, and the service is very bad (practically nobody in the hotel staff is there to help you and provide advice, especially in the morning hours). There is a permanent issue with the hot water in the bathroom - we showered in almost cold water every day). The only good things are good WiFi and daily changes of hotel towels. All other things were like "I will never return here & I will never recommend this hotel ".

A nice hotel, good location. The room was clean and big. There was a balcony, which we liked a lot. The self check-in process was easy. We received all instructions online and never met the staff. It was rather cold in the room and especially in the bathroom and it was uncomfortable to take a shower. The shower cabin was too small. General impression of the hotel is rather good, but we were rather disappointed when we asked to extend our stay. We wanted to stay 3 nights more and the room was available, but we were offered a higher price. What surprised me most, is that on booking.com the price remained the same we paid for the 1st night (discounted). We wanted to pay this price directly to the hotel, but we were refused and advised to make a new reservation via booking.com instead. Though we liked the hotel a lot, we decided not to come back and found another good place to stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My partner and I were treated very poorly and offered no refund or discount when the room we were allocated was not what we had booked. Lift works intermittently, rooms were on the 8th floor, air-conditioning didn't work, waited 1-hour (at 2pm) to even gain access to the building as reception is not staffed consistently throughout the day. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

The room was nice. It was near piazza garibaldi and even though the zone doesn't seem nice, at night there are some opened restaurants and shops and it wasn't bad. The main 2 things I didn't like were the fact that the shower was not separate with a wall or something and it was on a upper level with respect to the rest of the bathroom, so the floor remained full of water. The other thing was the man who worked there that didn't give me enough privacy: he repeated me 3 times to remove my mask because "I'm totally vaccinated" and he knocked at my door without waiting for my response on WhatsApp. I usually don't give bad reviews, but a girl in a single room should be treated with more privacy. Anyway, I slept well, and the window was really good, because I couldn't hear the noise from the street.
