I left the hotel due to the non working air-condition that was not solved from the hotel representative side until 2 hours after my arrival. The aircondition is not bringing the room temperature below 26 degrees. Even after requesting to bring the air-condition technical support ... the feedback I got is that is the best the air condition can offer. I requested to waive the fees from booking reservations and pending your approval.

Great place for a stay in the Taksim/Istiklal Avenue area. 10 Liked · Conveniently located within walking distance to Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue this little hotel provided us with everything we needed. All the staff was super helpful (there was at least one person who spoke English very well and was able to solve any issues we had and answer all our questions) and he arranged for us a taxi which took us to the airport at 3am in the morning. Taxi arrived on time and price was as stated. The facilities were up to standard and for the price were very good. We had a minor issue with our first room and the manager was happy to change it for us. Our room even had a nice little balcony which unfortunately we were unable to use as we left so early. I would stay there again.

Great potential but failed by poor maintenance. Pros: + Elevator + Good room design + Quick check-in + Clean towels + Clean bedding + Walking distance to Havabus station Cons: - Air cond not serviced; a super hot 28C! - shower drain clogged - cigarette smoke penetrated onto mattresses & pillows - bathroom door no handle - no towel hooks inside bathroom - taxis don't like to go there, cobblestoned road - tough on luggage Luckily most of the cons can be easily rectified if hotel take heed of this.
