Luis and Milana at the front desk were exceptional. He has a great command of English, assisting, accommodating, great advice, and helped me promptly with a room switch. There's a reason I keep coming back here and it's because of the great service and staff such as these two.... The property is nice and big, very close to everything including nightlife shopping transportation and the staff is cool. Very traveler friendly, great big pool, plenty of loungers, and sunlight all day long. If you want to be close to the action, whether it be a dorm or private room you can never go wrong with the Selina.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff is good and accommodating. The ambiance is decent. However, to say the rooms are extremely pathetic is an understatement. I was bitten by mosquitoes throughout the night. The beds are unclean, and the bathroom is the worst. There are dead cockroaches outside the room. After a tiring day, I want to come back to a clean, mosquito-free room, not just a place with good ambiance. The staff was accommodating and changed our room, but the other room was also bad. The first room was pathetic with a broken bathroom glass, which is where all the mosquitoes were coming from. To top it all, the price of the hotel and what we are getting in return is not worth it at all. . I really would like to receive compensation. Again, the staff is extremely sweet. One polite lady at the reception was extremely helpful and offered us her mosquito coil. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all!

We loved our stay in Selina ! We stayed in the privet rooms and they were big spacious and clean. The over all vibe is super chill and friendly. Facilities wise Selina had a lot to offer and location wise it’s right behind the main strip so you have EVERYTHING you need around you but it’s quite so you can have a good night sleep.
