Selluka Butik Hotel

The hotel management is nice in this place where we had the opportunity to stay for one day as a total of 5 families 👍🏻 There are 2 1.50 meter pools and 1 small pool. Ideal for children. As a family, we were very pleased with the pool. The cuisine is delicious, but it arrives very late. The number of employees is very, very small. Let's come to the rooms. Unfortunately, most of our friends' rooms do not have cups for coffee. The dirty towels given to the previous customers for the pool were forgotten behind the door in the bathroom of our room. The cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet was not very good. There were hairs on the floor and the toilet bowl was not clean. The sink was not cleaned very well. It was getting hot water fine. There was a cup, but it wasn't clean, it was soaked in water, it was just a joke, but when I looked inside, there were coffee marks and lip marks on the outside!!!! There were napkin pieces at the bottom of the pool. I think the biggest disadvantage of being next to the pool in the restaurant is that when the wind blows, all the garbage on the table falls into the pool. Due to the lack of waiter staff, orders arrive 1 hour late, even though no one other than us is at the pool. The breakfast was definitely inadequate for such a beautiful boutique hotel. Although it was an open buffet, unfortunately there were very few options. There was no appetizer except french fries, spring rolls and boiled eggs. French fries are really great. There were many varieties of cheese and olives. Jam, molasses, honey and all sweet jam types were placed ready in a mini refrigerator. However, we saw handmade jams in the images. I think the only thing that saved breakfast was melon!!! We had friends with small children in the rooms and they had a hard time. Unfortunately, there is no space to place an extra baby cradle. A nice and reasonable boutique. There is a huge parking problem.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms was not good. The tiles in the bathroom were completely smeared and calcified. You can see that it is old dirt. Unfortunately, our beds were not freshly made upon arrival. Towels weren't fresh either. The floor was also dirty. That really doesn't work. Breakfast is a bit of a disaster. But the staff is very friendly and really attentive within their means.
