1. Takes time for hot water to arrive on the shower 2. The blanket is way too small 3. Freezing cold in the room. There is an AC but i could not turn it to heating (i can say the staff could have helped me if i ask, just chose not to because putting many layers of clothes fix this). The first night i woke up at 5.30 because of the cold and could not sleep in that weather. The next nights i put 3 layers of clothes on me while sleeping 4. Once after the room service woman cleaned me room i smelled ciggarets smell in there. Did not let her in since then 5. One of the reception guy is nag. He imsist of giving him the key every time i leave the room to go outside, so i have to get my key at the reception every time i enter. The other receptionists dont do it, he is the only one, and he insisted even after i told him he is the only one keeping my key "for security purposes". He also have me wait to get my signature after i extend my stay, while the day before when i extend my stay no signature was taken from me from the other receptionsit. This guy ruined my experience in this hotel. All the receptionist need to have the same work procedures, and not every one do what he wish or think is right. Only good thing about this hotel is the price, but you can find other hotels with good price that do not have so much issues. Respose to response- 1. as far as I remember, I did not extend the reservation 3 times. This is a lie. I only extend once. During the extention I had gone through that nag receptionist behaviour, after which I didn't return to this hotel. 2. When checked in I was not informed that I need to leave the key in reception every time I leave. As I mentioned- no receptionist did that except for the nag one. 3. Taking an extra cover would not solve the blanket being too small

Worst and dirtiest room we have ever stayed in. Beware and do not book this hotel. The location is fine and central enough to walk to all the sights if you are good on foot (approx. 45 min.). But there were blood spots on the carpet, hair in the bed and really weird substances all over the furniture and floor. Also the toilet had spots of dried bodily liquids on the seat. Also the receptionist weirdly met with some girls in their room after his shift. Yes it’s cheap but even for this low price it’s a scam. We actually tried to change rooms, but the other room was no better. In my opinion there is no way the other positive reviews can be real. Don’t be fooled!

The service and cleaning service was great! However, the room looked like it needed some maintenance. A new clean carpet is needed. Also, my plan was to come with a car, but i decided to come to Athens by train. This turned out perfect for me because the hotel advertised “having parking” but it didn’t. There was no parking on the street or near the hotel. Overall, it is close to the city…20-30 minutes walking and it is next to a police station (which i felt safe) and the hotel service completed my requests.
