Cozy, well equipped, perfect location (2 mins from Monastiraki station). Friendly, polite and helpful staff. A little noisy at night due to a lot of bars in the area. But....Over all highly recommended

Took an hotel for just one night as we were moving to the island the next day. The location is perfect! The room was nice and big but I was misled by the pictures. Our room had no balcony. We left to early to check out the breakfast but the lady at the desk was really nice in having lunch boxes prepared and delivered to our room. I would go back to the same place just for the location.

This place is very close to attractions. The staffs are friendly and helpful. However, during the stay, we took a shower with cold water every day. The staffs advised that we should turn the heater on to get hot water, but no matter how hard we tried, only cold water came out. I guess it's broken or something. (Maybe it depends on the room, we got a family suite on the 3rd floor.) About the noise. I hate to tell this, but I was so shocked by the noise in the night bc there was a band concert on the street near this place. I guess it was just around the corner. Of course it was much better when we closed the windows with the blackout curtains. However, it did not really block the noise to the acceptable level. Other than that, we really enjoyed the breakfast and amazing services from the staffs at the hotel.

I have nothing but good things to say. The staff were literal angels - they went out of their way to help us from giving us a list of recommendations to helping us book transportation. The suite was very spacious and very clean, equipped with everything you could need. The location was very convenient. It was so easy getting to restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel was also well secured where guests would need codes to access, and the codes were changed regularly. I highly recommend this location. The staff were also so nice and easy to communicate with as they spoke good English.
