Fantastic hotel. Rooms are big and squeaky clean, beds are comfortable. Underfloor heating is a treat in winter. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, all of whom speak good English and will sort out whatever balloon trips or activities you would like to do. Breakfast is outstanding and served on a roof deck (open terrace in summer) from which you can watch the balloons. Highly recommended.

My partner and I had the best 4 nights stay here. We arrived almost at midnight but the lovely staff welcomed us like family. The rooms are comfortable and clean, shower amenities such as heater and water pressure are great. Breakfast at the terrace was the highlight as we watched the incredible views while having fresh and tasty meals, the Turkish eggs were delicious we had to ask for seconds. Highly recommend this hotel and thank you to the team at Serene Premium ❤️

Highly recommend it!!! Stayed there for three nights and had a great time. Everyone is super kind, helpful and nice! They helped us to book our tours including balloon and all the recommendations were great! Breakfast is amazing - different food everyday ! All yummy The rooms are spacious, the place is cossy.

The moment you get to Serene you feel you are home. P All staff will be making sure you have everything you need and they are super nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The manager will help you book your tours and will give you recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The hotel is in a construction area, but you don’t hear any construction noise. It’s a short walk to downtown and you can see the balloons every morning from the terrace. The best part was the breakfast, there are no words to describe how good it was, and it changes every day. Thank you Serene staff for their great and welcoming service!

My experience here has been nothing short of exceptional, and I'm thrilled to share it. One minor downside, for some travelers, could be the 15-minute walk from the main street. However, personally, I found that walk quite enjoyable. It allowed me to soak in the local atmosphere and get a feel for the neighborhood, making me appreciate the location even more. The rooms here are not just comfortable; they are incredibly cozy and inviting. The bed provided some of the best nights' sleep I've had while traveling. And let's not forget the rooftop terrace; it's a real gem. During the day, it's a peaceful spot for breakfast, and in the evenings, it's perfect for unwinding and even enjoying a hookah. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Everyone I encountered spoke English fluently, and they were unfailingly polite and welcoming. The added touch of complimentary Turkish coffee and tea available throughout the day was a lovely surprise and added to the overall warm and hospitable atmosphere.
