However, the external appearance lacks the same charm, presenting a less appealing facade. The value for money we got was fine. The hotel's conditions vary, with noticeable highs and lows. Some aspects might exceed expectations, while others may leave room for improvement. This fluctuation can influence the overall guest experience. One standout positive is the hotel's fantastic location. Its proximity to key attractions or conveniences enhances the stay, offering guests easy access to the surrounding area. In summary, while the Seven Days hotel has its strengths, such as a pleasant interior and location, there's room for enhancement, particularly regarding its exterior and consistent quality across various aspects.

if hygiene is an important factor for you, do not come to this hotel! when my boyfriend and i first arrived, the staff were rude and unhelpful, they didn’t even tell us our room number. when we got to our room, we realised that instead of getting the double bed room we booked, we got a room with two beds. we asked the staff if this was a mistake, but we only got a look in return. after further inspection we noticed that there were small red stains on our bedding and on one of the towels, and the pillows had yellow stains on them (see photos below). we also stopped using the elevator because it was incredibly filthy. breakfast is alright, but not great. if you’re looking for something quick before heading out then it’s fine, but again it may not be appealing since the glass bowls and cutlery have water (?) stains on them. overall, our stay wasn’t terrible, especially since the location was really good. however, the things above were definitely deal breakers for us, we would not recommend at all.

Avoid this hotel It lacks safety. They are so rude. They deceive you. You can always here them talk so bad about you. Believe me this was worst hotel in my entire life. They didn't know I speak Turkish and understand everything. It's a zero star hotel

The location and the beds of the hotel were the only positive about it. Everything else was terrible. The second day, I was in the shower and the facilities are very old and definitely need replacing. As I was stepping out the shower, the glass screen shattered all over me and I was cut from my head to toe. When we told the staff they were not sympathetic or apologetic at all. I asked to speak with the manager and the receptionist lied and said he wasn’t in but he was stood right in front of me and he admitted after he was the manager. Overall I would return to this hotel and they definitely need a health and safety risk assessment done for their hotel as it is definitely not adequate for guests.
