The hotel's prime location and exceptionally friendly staff were highlights of my stay. They were not only helpful but also chatty and fun to talk to, providing excellent tourist tips. However, the check-in process was a bit messy, with a promised early check-in delayed to the original time and further delayed by an additional 20 minutes. The rooms, considering the price, were satisfactory, yet the inadequate isolation of walls and doors allowed for noticeable noise from neighboring rooms. Cleanliness, particularly the prevalence of dust, was a concern, prompting me, as someone with asthma and dust allergies, to take medication. An unusual incident occurred when the room cleaner disposed of a grocery bag full of snacks while neglecting to discard empty water bottles, coffee cups, and other items. Although the hotel staff kindly offered to reimburse for the discarded goods, the issue wasn't about the money, given the affordability of items there. Instead, it highlighted a lapse in the cleaning process, as the grocery bag, not actual trash, was mistakenly thrown away. Despite these setbacks, the hotel's positive aspects, the staff's gracious gesture, and the stunning views from the top floor made the overall experience enjoyable, with potential for improvement in certain areas.

Everything here at the hotel was perfect! The 2 front desk staff, J and Mussat gave me plenty of recommendations on what the locals do here in the city when I asked. I’m a traveler, not on vacation so I walkways ask, “what’s do the locals do?! Then we was really comfortable, hot shower and great location! I am definitely coming back here! Cheers!

Literally just left this hotel this morning. An amazing experience, Dawud in particular was amazing. He went out of his way to help my friend and I navigate the city, find the best currency exchange, and find the best eats. The entire staff is super friendly and super helpful. Conveniently located and generally great! The terrace is lovely and had a superb view, the room was clean and had a fridge. Cleaning did remove the card we stuck in to keep the fridge cold, but thankfully it retains cold during the day. Highly recommend, would stay here again--its a good location, we walked everywhere except the airport. Also! They were very helpful for getting to the airport at 4 am :)

Very kind and professional staff (Davud). Location is the best. Everything you should see is in 10 minutes walk, the tramway is nearby. The receptionist can help with anything you want kindly, Davud become our friend. The soundproof is not the best, but the rooms are clean and renivated. The WIFI is works perfectly. If you want sightseeing for a few days I can highly recommend.

Perfect location of the hotel, close to many touristic attractions. Rooms are small but cozy. Super attentive workers, Dawood was so helpful all the time, he helped us with the tours, translated for us, helped us to get a normal price taxi, gave advice on good hammam, restaurants and money exchange, we really appreciate his help. We are definitely coming back.
