We visited in January. The views from the room were pretty awesome, especially at night when the light show was on. The room was good. However, there were a couple of issues. The room service menu wasn't very good, and the shower was only just warm in the morning, which is a real downer when it's -17 degrees outside. Half of the staff were very friendly and professional, but the other half were a little rude. The breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming. Would I come back? I have to admit I might purely because the views were so good.

Overall great room and location! Room was clean and staff are polite. Only issue I found is with the elevators. They are a pain! Especially during the check in and check out time. They take too long to come and come on the floor after 15 to 20 mins wait during peak traffic time. The service was also a bit laid back. We order a few toiletries and hotel necessities and they took too long to send those to our room.

Overall it was a good experience. I would love to give it a 5 because of the view and the staff, however for the price paid I would say that a little more attention could be paid to the room and cosmetic issues. On some instances the water was too hot and took a long time to cool down. Also not sure what was up with the ac system even on 60 it felt like 75 degrees. Other minor issues like the dust in the vents. But like I said The location is great, and within walking distance of most places that you would like to see. I also wish that parking was included in the cost but…. It is what it is. Overall definitely a good experience, I would say if your not interested in the view personally then any room at the hotel is worth it

The room location was perfect for viewing the falls in the evening. Our room was spacious, clean and perfect temperature. Overall a great experience for a quick overnight stay on our way to visit family for Christmas. We had planned to sleep in late then go to the market in Kitchener however an alarm of some type went off and a prerecorded message saying it wasn't a prerecorded message instructed us to remain in our rooms. After 15 minutes or so it stopped but we had packed and were not in the mood to see if the alarm would start up again so we checked out.

We stayed in an American Falls View king room for a few nights in October. Our room was clean, updated, and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The view and balcony were amazing. We had an issue with our key when we checked in, but it was resolved quickly. The employees we did encounter were pleasant and helpful. They provided extra water bottles and coffee when we asked. Wonderful service. The location of this hotel can’t be beat. We found the rate for our room reasonable for what we got. We used valet to park and they were quick to get our car when we needed it. I would absolutely stay here again!
