During m stay at Sheraton Grand hotel last year 2022, I had the privilege of being assisted by a security personnel named Prince, and I must say, his service was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I encountered him, his professionalism and dedication were evident. Prince displayed a remarkable level of attentiveness, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests throughout my stay. His presence provided a sense of security that allowed me to relax and enjoy my time without any concerns. What impressed me most was Prince's knowledge of security procedures and his ability to handle situations with a calm and collected demeanor. He was quick to respond to any inquiries or requests, and I always felt that I was in capable hands. Furthermore, Prince's courtesy and friendly disposition were noteworthy. He went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and valued, creating a positive atmosphere within the premises. Overall, my experience with Prince was exceptional, and he truly exemplifies the qualities one hopes to find in a security professional. His dedication to his role undoubtedly contributed to the overall positive impression I have of my stay. I would like to extend my gratitude to Prince and commend him for his outstanding service. He is a true asset to your establishment.

We visited The feast restaurant, here in the Sheraton grand hotel, there is not much of food variety and taste for the vegetarian. So my recommendation for a vegetarian is not to go to this place . There could be a sweet variety and starters to taste but the main course for a vegetarian tasted bad and there was no variety. So please don't waste money. The ambience and staff service is good.

The club lounge is of no benefit. Same set of limited breakfast options everyday whereas the feast restaurant has much better snd changing menus everyday in breakfast buffet The views from the lounge are great But overall, stay only in rooms without club lounge access if necessary

STAY AWAY! I stayed at this property for two weeks with my brother and the last days of my trip incurred the worst food poisoning of my life for three days I was unable to move. Let me be very Clear. I ONLY ate At the hotel, either at the breakfast, or at the club lounge for one week. I had their omelette and milk only. The food poisoning I encountered, made me violently ill. When trying to speak with the hotel regarding this and their staff, the only thing that they could do was deny the allegations that the food poisoning came from Their hotel and asked me to provide a stool sample!? Yes, a stool sample. UNBELIEVABLE!! And trying to speak with the general manager she was too busy. She was on holiday, and I spoke with her colleagues who only made excuses throughout sending mass emails lying and trying to avoid the real issue. Dubai is a very beautiful city with many amazing hotels to stay at. Do not waste your time staying at this property. I had a function to attend with my brother, who is an ambassador member, and I was unable to attend due to this food poisoning. The hotel refused to acknowledge responsibility, and only made excuses. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK!

Stayed 5 nights out of 14 I have in Dubai. The weirdest thing was the amount of mosquito bites I got after staying in “The Sheraton” I have never seen insects in a lobby of a 5 star hotel before. Apart from the absolute failure of their pest control and hygiene team, you will need to wait for a slow response whenever you need anything, you will be requested to sign papers to get into the restaurant for breakfast like you are in a motel or something, and you just won’t get the luxurious experience you would expect after paying the hefty price. A disappointing experience, very overpriced and low value for money, and definitely will not book again.
