Nice comfortable hotel in a quieter part of Tokyo. We stayed in a room that was recently renovated and it was spacious The food is pretty decent and there is a free shuttle bus to take you to the nearby train stations of Meguro and Shinagawa. Cherry on the top is a mini Japanese garden within the hotel grounds

The hotel is definitely one of the worst Marriott properties in the world: 1) NO STATUS RECOGNITION: the check in staff seems even not to be aware of the Marriott status levels, if even knowing the Bonvoy programme 2) NO SERVICE STANDARDS: the majority of the staff consists of old male workforce which seems to work there in post-retirement, so is the service level explainable 3) NO ROOM QUALITY: the rooms are extremely old and what is even worse the air quality is extremely poor. During winter the rooms are totally overheaten and there is no possibility to adjust temperature. I strongly advise to avoid this hotel by all means.

Stayed here recently for a holiday. The rooms were clean and the amenities provided were great. However, for the price paid I could not justify a second stay. The hotel does feel quite dated, especially with how the keycard provided is a flimsy piece of paper and the room décor is a little lacking. The room being so insulated actually made it a little hot and for some reason cooling was not available on the air con. Being offered a fan at a hotel like this is a bit of a joke honestly. Overall, not a bad stay but there's much left to be desired here.

Amidst the vibrant energy of Osaka, the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka offers both a luxurious and comfortable stay. Its convenient location near the Uehommachi Station and a direct airport bus stop make it a great option for travelers who want to be in the heart of the action. This was our first pitstop in Japan and we loved it. Got to the hotel after an hour or so of the bus ride from the Airport followed by a quick taxi ride from the bus stop/station. Upon checkin, we were greeted by some amazing hosts who made us felt absolutely welcome and were very cheerful. Post the checkin we made it to our room while going through a decently kept lobby. The Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka offers ample space to relax and unwind. The rooms are decorated in a modern style with warm colors and elegant furnishings. The comfortable beds and plush amenities ensure a restful sleep for sure. The Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka offers a variety of amenities to help guests relax and rejuvenate. Take a dip in the indoor pool or unwind in the sauna. Guests can also stay active in the well-equipped fitness center. The Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka is well-equipped to cater to both business (there happened to be a business meeting/small conference/gathering of sorts for a couple of days and it still would be a nice calm walk through the lobby to the exit) and leisure travelers. The hotel offers a business center with meeting rooms and conference facilities. For leisure travelers, the hotel provides a concierge service to help plan excursions and activities.The concierge was extremely helpful as they helped us with a couple of appointments for our days that were to follow and didn't even make us wait for that. They took down the information , got us all setup and then informed us, which was an amazing gesture I'd say. Overall, the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka offers a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Osaka. With its convenient location, spacious accommodations, and wide range of amenities, it's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Absolutely recommend!!!

This hotel was our first choice as Bonvoy Elite members and happy to have discovered this very wonderful property. Everyone was kind from the housekeeping staff to the concierge staff here - full meals and incredible service daily and nightly here at the lounge. The bedding was also a highlight as we definitely enjoyed this high level of fabric and coziness within the bed iself - a great area of town, too easy to the trains and the good quiet restaurants in the surrounding areas. We will be back!
