Hotel very modern. Had the two twins room and the beds feel more like a double. Stayed on the 18th floor. Nice view of the city. Plenty of toiletries. Whatever is missing just call down. Including our haul from Family Mart conveniently located down the escalators at the hotel entrance. Hotel shuttle takes you to the Shinagawa station which saves you the walk. We were able to hear the trains from our room but it wasn't terrible. Ear plugs were available in the lobby downstairs. The complimentary breakfast for higher elite members was better downstairs.

Nice hotel. Nicely sized rooms for Tokyo. The included breakfast looks great. They have a shuttle to the station which helps with getting around and about. There is a gym - relatively small hotel gym. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend if staying in Tokyo.

The room is OK but nothing nice and it’s a bit of a walk from the train station. Probably about 12 minutes up a hill. The shower head is either coming out way too hard and fast or hardly at all. The service is exceptionally, especially Chhetri Jagadeesh! He was nice enough to lend me his own plug-in adapter so that I could do some work!
