This is not a nice a hotel. It's a pig with lipstick on it. Don't fall for the lipstick. Spend your money to stay somewhere nice. Somewhere that doesn't keep the coffee maker next to the toilet. The hot water can also take over 20 minutes to reach your room if you're at the end of the hallway in one of the high rise suites. Seriously, over 20 minutes. I guess they put the coffee maker in the bathroom with you so you have something to do while you wait for the hot water. I'll give this Sheraton 2 stars instead of 1 because that is pretty thoughtful. I mean if you're going to have your guests wait 30 minutes for a shower you should at least give them something to do like make a cup of coffee infused with the bathroom germs of the countless hotel guests to come before them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Pedro Ortiz at concierge. He gave us so many great recommendations and such a warm welcome. The valet guys Greg and Craig were always so quick to bring out our car no matter how jam packed the entrance was. Very hard workers. The housekeeping team kept all the rooms and even the gym squeaky clean. The breakfast schedule for members was a bit confusing, but the bar and restaurant breakfast was top tier. The views from the room were incredible. The location was excellent. Could easily walk or take a quick drive to the best places. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

This place has multiple rooms, many being connected, great for families who want to book two rooms. Average room contains ~2 queen/king sized beds, and service with housekeeping is impeccable. Food selection is great, and just on the brink of the urban side and suburban side of pheonix, so really convenient for going places consistently under 20 minute drives. Almost forgot to mention, half the time the room cards don’t work for the parking card reader, but the staff help out if you call for support on the interactive display.

An absolutely delightful experience, and absolutely worth the extra cost compared to some of the other hotels nearby. My only real complaint is that I paid extra for a room with access to the lounge and during my stay they decided that the lounge should be closed on the weekend even though there was no indication on their website or in the app. Other than that, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the drinks at &More are phenomenal!

I wrote a review about this hotel after the first day. I should have waited because too many things went wrong on the following 4 days. Nothing says a $300 plus hotel room where you have to take cold showers. In my 4 day stay I was only able to get Luke warm water on day 1, the remaining days it was literally cold, so here I am in the Desert wasting water letting it run for 30 minutes with the hopes that eventually hot water will come. Nothing says a $300 plus hotel where you have to pay $19 for fast internet service. Nothing says a $300 plus hotel where you have to pay $32 a night for parking and they double charge you many days later and still no resolution. This organization will suck you dry on every level, it’s never ending. Beware people…
