Beautiful place. Our favorite resort by far! The staff are extremely friendly. The grounds are so beautiful and kept so well and there is plenty to do that we don't need to leave the resort except for food shopping. Highly recommend this place. Also, it's just minutes from all the major theme parks.

The location was convenient for Disney World and Universal Studios. The layout was nice for a 2-bedroom. However, the cleanliness was a different situation. There were hairs on the towels, and the floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a while. We asked for no service in the room during our stay when we checked in, and one day, someone came and cleaned our room. At check-in, I disclosed to the staff member I had family waiting in the car and at the local Target store, so I needed to get my keys and leave. Unfortunately, the staff member kept me way longer than necessary, trying to get an idea of my itinerary and looking for a room that was ready (I was at the hotel at 5 PM). I probably won't stay at the property again due to how pushy they are for you to attend one of their sales pitches to join the vacation club.

Every staff is super friendly, professional and warming! You will feel very welcomed at this hotel! I was able to secure early checkin!! The resort is very well maintained even during dead season!
