Fantastic visit. Tia, in the owners reception area,is a wonderful outgoing person.... Perfect for her current position. The resort was excellent even for winter. The staff at the Golf course were very friendly and accommodating. Both for golf and food and beverage teams.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Of course, everything is pretty close by. Stuff to do besides amusement parks. The room was nice. My only complaint was that there were no washcloths, dish soap, laundry soap, and no broom with dust pan. There was also no bedding for the pull out bed. Had to request all the items from the desk. Also was missing several dishes and no cutting board. We have stayed at many Marriott's it is our timeshare. Every place we have stayed has had these items!

Disappointing Experience at Marriott Grande Vista in Orlando, Florida. I recently stayed at Marriott Grande Vista in Orlando, Florida, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my concerns and disappointment regarding the hotel's customer service and safety protocols. During my stay, there were multiple fire alarm incidents that occurred without any proper communication or guidance from the hotel staff. These incidents not only disrupted my sleep but also caused unnecessary panic among guests. It was alarming to witness the lack of organization and preparedness to handle such situations. Furthermore, despite bringing these concerns to the attention of the hotel management, I was disappointed to find that there was no compensation or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. As a guest, I expect a certain level of responsibility and care from the hotel to ensure my safety and well-being. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but it is essential for a reputable hotel to have effective safety protocols in place and to communicate them clearly to guests. The lack of proper communication during the fire alarm incidents left me feeling uncertain and concerned about my safety.
