Rooms were clean and spacious. A suggestion would be for the property to provide a broom or vacuum so guests can do their own daily cleaning since cleaning is not provided by the property. The location is good , walking distance from 3 train stations. I would say the area is more suitable for adults and families with older kids. We ran into a few issues but the admin was very efficient and managed to resolve all the problems. Highly appreciate that the admin was reliable.

Check-in from 11/22~11/25 The room was great. We were traveling for a long time, so it was very considerate to have washing, drying and drying facilities for clothes. In the weather in Japan in December, it would still get wet just like drying on the balcony. There is also an independent kitchen and two rooms that can be used And it’s quiet outside at night The streets are not as dirty or homeless as netizens said. It is only a 1-minute walk to Shin-Okubo Station. It is very convenient to go anywhere or take the Shinkansen! Even the kids couldn’t bear to check out😆Go downstairs and cross the road to find the 24-hour Don Quixote and supermarket. It’s super easy to buy and easy to shop. You’ll never starve to death. Trash can also be put downstairs in a centralized place. It’s very convenient. The only drawback is that there are no counters or on-site service personnel. You can inquire 24 hours a day, but after check-in, they have a line to reply to all inquiries! ! If you have the chance to go to Osaka again, this hotel will definitely be your first choice❤
