This is a 3 star hotel in a lovely neighborhood. The rooms and adequate and clean. If you want to be close to all the action - stay here. But know that the neighborhood and area surrounding the hotel are crowded and very dirty. Only direct complaint with the hotel was breakfast - the breakfast was very bad. We paid for breakfast as part of our room (additional 1100 yen per night per room). We checked out the breakfast on day one and had only toast. We then went elsewhere. The coffee machine was broken 2 of our 4 mornings at the hotel; this was very disappointing because that was primarily why we paid for the breakfast.

This is a great hotel with good location. It is couple minutes wall to Domtoburi street and the market. The service is good. Amenities is self served. The room is small, air conditioner is not working the whole time.

Superb hotel in lively area. The area has amazing restaurants all in walking distance. The room is spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The shower, toilet and sink are all separate which was great.

I stayed at this hotel about 2.5 weeks on my visit to Osaka. Positives: friendly staff, great location, and a convenient 7-11 right next door. The staff was always available and willing to help. Wonderful room amenities and great customer service. Great shower with strong water pressure. Negatives: Walls are thin so if you have rude guests on your floor this can be an inconvenience as folks can be loud at 3 AM or so. The AC takes a bit of time to cool the room down. Shades don’t really block out the sun well if you’re staying out late and want to sleep in during the day so a sleeping mask is recommended. Cleanliness is big at this Hotel and I received notices to have the room cleaned every 3-4 days. Typically this isn’t an inconvenience however if you’re exploring Osaka’s night life until the early morning the cleaning hours can be inconvenient (10 AM - 2 PM) the staff accommodated me if I needed to sleep in on days I had gone out which is great customer service once again. Thank you for the stay!

Location location location! The rooms here like everywhere else in Japan is a bit tight, however if you're a fan of food then this hotel has the perfect location for you. This hotel is just a couple of minutes walk to world famous Dotenburi and walking distance to Shinsaibashi, Nippombashi, and Namba subway stations and shopping districts too. There are no ice machines or vending machines, however there is ice available from the reception desk as well as hot and cold coffee. A huge bonus is a well stocked 7-11 just outside the front door. The rooms are clean with a decent sized shower and separate toilet. Weirdly however there is carpet in the toilet and bathroom which is kinda gross. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples who love food and have been to Japan before and familiar with smaller rooms and an aptitude for maneuvering large suitcases in confined spaces.
