Excellent location for Disney vacation. Very close to the parks. You don't deal with the backups on the highway. Free shuttle rides to the parks and other locations. Fabulous pool area with colorful intertubes to float in an intertwined waterway lined with palm trees, bridges and greenery. Many food choices within the hotel as well as the Waldorf which is a short walk away. Lovely places to sit inside and out. Rooms were large and bed and pillows were very comfortable . Room service is available. Employees work hard to make you happy. We ran into the general manager twice and he took the time to ask us about our stay and if there was anything we needed. We felt like royalty while we were there. Highly recommend this hotel and location.

Great service, amenities, location, and food! I stayed for a solo trip and felt very much at home. Spa at the connected Waldorf was perfect. Lazy river so fun. Beautiful decor and ambiance. Comfy bed/pillows. Great shower water pressure. Near parks and other attractions. My only critiques would be when it come food - tasty but huge portions and expensive prices, best to share or order out. And the toilets took an oddly long time to flush but maybe that was an issue in my room. Don’t hesitate!

I would never go back to this hotel!!👎 The staff treated us like we didn't belong, and we're not welcomed there. They had high surprise fees they failed to tell us about, yet still imposed half of them on us. It had common rooms, two amenities, and terribly bad customer service. When we requested extra towels it took them long to bring them, we often had to call a second time. The second day a lady house keeper got an attitude with me, was rude in tone, and gave me very little of what I requested. Most of the housekeepers I encountered couldn't speak, or understand english. The third day we requested the room be cleaned. The guy house keeper said he would, but never came back to clean the room in an hour, like he stated. The shower in our room barely got to a warm temperature. They charged a lot, for almost every little extra. They had no microwave in the hotel room, or the hotel that you could access. They said we could rent one for $35 a day, then said we could do it for $15 a day. So we had no way to warm our food items except to pay at least $15 a day. We were there for four days, no thanks!! They also charge $38 a day for parking which should be included with your stay, the parking made it hard to spend quality time with our guests. The children across from us were allowed to be very loud in the early mornings, waking us by hollering, and playing in the halls. The vent in the icebox was frozen over, with a block of ice blocking it from cooling our food properly. They were supposed to give us a pure room, but didn't, it had no air purifier in the room like it was supposed to. We requested to have a fire pit turned on because we were a bit cold outside, but no one ever came, and they have no shuttle service. The good parts were it was full of certain interesting activities, at the time they had a masquerade ball going on, some restaurants, and small stores. A few pools, and a small ping pong table. They had a nice little bar at the back of the hotel, with a great draft Ale beer, and they had an espresso coffee shot, that you could make in your room. It was also near Disney World, if you are traveling to Florida to visit Disney World.

Loved our stay so much at the Signia. We will definitely be back. Felt luxurious and comfortable during our entire stay. Yes it can be expensive to dine at the hotel but it's your choice to be close to DisneyWorld. There are many cheaper dining options around for those on budgets. Pros: -Heated swimming pools made it super comfy for Dec/Jan vacation stay. The lazy pool and slides are a must! -The best chocolate muffins I've ever had. -Housekeeping was on top of everything with tidying up our room -Free shuttles to Disneyworld parks and allows you 30 mins early entry -Comfortable beds and linens. I slept like a baby. -NYE party where you can bring your young kids to hang out at the lobby. -Food at the resort was pretty tasty unlike others we have stayed at. Cons: -Business center was not open 24/7 like they mentioned to us when we asked. We needed to print something and took a bit running around. Luckily the front desk was able to help print it directly there.
