Design and interior were alright. The room. Was Clean. The breakfast is good and surprisingly rich. However the air ventilation was a big problem. Our room didn't have a window and the air quality was bad cause the air ventilation was bad. All in all 3.5/5.

i will recommend Silverland Min hotel, will definitely come back if they offer good price during our next holiday. check in fast, we having issue with the air conditioning during our 1st night, luckily we have small electronic fan to put my girl to bed..woke up several times to adjust the air conditioning but doesn't work, went down to receptionist ard 4.30am, they able to solved by replaced to another room at 7.30am after the next morning shift receptionist on duty..no issue after that..hotel served simple & good breakfast, polite staffs, good location, variety of restaurants within walking distance, you can walk around to all tourist places too.. overall we are happy with our stay.

I travelled with my family who are all vegetarians and we are pleased with our stay at Silverland min. The staff were very respectful of our requests and catered to them well. Not sure why it is a two star restaurant but the location, room and amenities are great for short stays. We had hot water all day long and room was big enough with the hotel situated at a good location, easy for pickups for tours. Overall very good experience and highly recommend staying here.

Location is great; there are many cool restaurants and cafes within 10 mins walking distance. I really wanted to love this place — the staff members we interacted with (Iris, Jun, Lin) have been incredibly helpful during our stay despite the language barrier. Facilities of the building definitely needs to be improved. The gym only has two equipment and yet neither were in working condition. The bathtub drainage is also slow and releases a stench even after a shower. Although the smell dissipates after a while, the water drainage also leaves the bathroom floor wet and slippery that can’t be cleaned up easily with the small floor towel given. Would love to return if there are positive changes.

My wife and I loved our stay at Min. I will say, that this is not a big hotel. The gym is not great. The bathtub does not have a splash guard. However, the Family Suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, and homey. Min was in a very convenient location in District 1. And most importantly, and what will keep us coming back, was that all of the staff was so kind, friendly, and still professional. Min shows up as a 2-star hotel, but this outstanding staff did not make it feel like that at all.
