The room was really spacious and very clean (just like the photos). Although it is so close to the main route between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square, it was extremely quiet and we slept really well (bed was very comfortable). It is also located next to one of the smaller canals, though which gondolas regularly passed during the day (although there was no view of this from our particular room). The bathroom was spotless (like the photo), with a lovely shower and various shower settings. The TV also has loads of channels (Netflix, etc), but we didn't have time to watch it. Coffee machine was good and we enjoyed the fridge with drinks in it. The service was amazing - Simon was very friendly and made every effort to make our stay comfortable and memorable, as well as preparing some nice surprises for us. Both check-in and check-out were easy. The entrance foyer on the ground floor is currently being renovated, but we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay! Room with private bathroom impeccably clean and tidy. Beds and towels changed and rubbish collected daily. Decoration looks more like a work of art with incredibly crafted furniture and light colors, recently renovated and super modern bathroom with a very good shower. The host Simone is very kind and helpful, she gave us several tips to make our stay easier, including early check-in and late check-out. There is storage nearby for luggage storage. The location is the best possible, in the best neighborhood in Venice, just a few minutes from San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. It is possible to take a boat to the airport 3 minutes away in Rialto via Alilaguna. Amenities were provided such as machine, Espresso capsules, bottled water and cookies. I would definitely stay again on another visit to Venice. Congratulations on the impeccable service.
