Well placed hotel right on the Grand Canal front - excellent staff and well trained concierge. Barbara in particular stood out as being outstanding. We had a lovely room, which was very clean and tidy and we were very happy here. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection. This hotel is quite private and quiet and has a garden which is nice to relax in. A good place to visit and stay in.

This hotel was AMAZING!!! The room was absolutely incredible and you can't beat the Grand Canal view from the room. The location was excellent. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and helpful. Luigi was absolutely terrific and went above and beyond! He always had a smile on his face and was so quick to offer help with whatever my now fiance and I needed. Luigi took the video of my now fiance proposing to me on the grand canal dock! He even had 2 glasses of champagne for us when we returned after dinner! You won't be able to find a better hotel! Literally can't say enough about this hotel and everyone who works there, especially Luigi. They truly made our stay magical!

Fantastic boutique hotel. We had a canal view room with a great veranda and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom which was great after a day of touring. Breakfast in the garden was lovely. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Location is perfect with a ferry stop next to the hotel. We will return some day...
