Great hotel without all the drab, old Venetian interiors (dark wood and drapery). Location is fab and the rooftop bar is a must visit. Just wish they would continue to allow climate control in the room in the colder months. We LOVE a cold room when we sleep. The only way to achieve a modicum of that in November is to leave the windows open (they have screens thank gawd). We've been at this hotel at a warmer time and the AC worked great. They just switch it off at a certain point. Boo!

Highly recommended to stay at this hotel. Staffs are very friendly and offered us the drink when we arrived. The bed was so comfy, breakfast also excellent, especially the staffs lady at the breakfast always checking everything is okay? 😊 So we had a great time there really much and visit again next year.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Venice. Wow!! The staff were exceptional! Upon check in we were debriefed with a local map, the staff annotated it and showed us all the must do’s in Venice. He essentially helped us plan our itinerary. The hotel room was excellent. The cleanliness and hygiene was perfect, which for me is so important. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping was so fast. The breakfast buffet and staff were incredible. Honestly you must stay here. I loved Venice because of the excellent hotel and staff that attended to our needs. They even organised a free taxi to murano, to visit the glass factory.

My overall experience at H10 Palazzo Canova was great, the hotel is beautiful, modern, and well taken care of, and the location is ideal and convenient, close to the majority of the places that are more iconic in Venice and more frequently visited. I would also like to mention how attentive and welcoming ALL of the staff was, but in particular Federica at the front desk. Federica greeted us as soon as we walked in and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city. She went above and beyond with recommendations of places to visit as well as restaurants to try. I would also like to praise another staff member at the front desk (who I regret not getting her name) that helped me with the check out and transportation to the airport on a day when public transportation workers were on strike (who btw the hotel informed every client about the strike prior to happening so we could make the necessary arrangements). She also went above and beyond providing information on the best route and timing to the airport and was very accommodating with my partner who had to stay longer for a different flight. This was my first time staying at an H10 hotel and would have to say, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you all!
