Great location, central yet isolated from crowds. The small staff is excellent, helpful and courteous. The breakfast that is included was very delicious with lots of items to choose from, including barista, fresh juices, pancakes, eggs, yogurts, meats,cheese selections and much more. We had a charming balcony off the bedroom. The A/C worked great. We will stay here again.

We have been in many hotels around the world. But this one is another level. the staff from the reception as well as the staff at the breakfast station are the most kind and helpful. Also the location is just 6 minutes walking.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Venice, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to be central but still enjoy a peaceful stay. The location is ideal - close to St. Mark's Square but not in a loud or bustling area. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast, which was included for three nights, was quite nice, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The only small criticism I have is that for other egg options besides scrambled and hard-boiled, you had to pay extra. It would have been nice to have these options included in the breakfast offerings. If you're a light sleeper, it's worth noting that rooms close to the breakfast area can be a bit noisy in the mornings. However, this is likely a common issue in Venice due to the way buildings are constructed. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a central location with great service and a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel grew on us but was our least favorite after Hotel Spadai in Florence and Room Mate Gran Filippo in Rome. We paid for and requested a quiet suite on our reservation and were assigned a large room which overlooked the area in front of the theater. Because the hotel room heat was still on in late April, we had to open the windows to the very active area below which didn’t settle down until midnight and got loud again very early in the morning with cleaning crews. The hotel staff told us that there is a policy in Italy, no A/C until May. The lobby was air conditioned though as were our previous hotels where we enjoyed in room climate control. Other travelers we spoke with in Venice also had in room AC control. The website lists “Air Conditioning” but be aware that it is on their terms. We felt mislead here and while our room was spacious and comfortable, the room amenities and cleanliness were also not on par with the hotels we chose at similar price points in Florence and Rome. We would not stay here again mainly due to the lack of in room climate control and the hotel’s lack of disclosure regarding that. I’d give a 3.5 star rating if that were a choice but I don’t feel this is a 4 star property therefore the 3 star rating.

A great little hotel in a fantastic location just off St Marco square (150m) So close to everything that you need and very easy to get to (the taxi boat basically arrives at the doorstep with just a short walk from the drop point) Staff very helpful and friendly (special thanks to Claudia for all her information) Hotel very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place, we had the junior suite with terrace and it did not disappoint. Also, there is a lovely rooftop terrace where you can take a bottle and enjoy with mates. All in all a great experience. Thank you, we will be back.
