Hotel room is different from the online pictures, the actual room is way smaller and older. Aircon will switch off in the middle of the night and there is limited hot water for showering. Also, you have to clear your own rubbish or you will be required to pay a fine. Soundproofing isn't too good, will hear noise of people walking along the corridor. Also, the staff will ask you to leave a 5 star review online before check in, in order to waive off the early check in fee, which isn't very right. Staff is friendly and helpful though.

Worst hotel experience, aircon always on and off automatically and it is very noisy. They only provide paper towel , totally mind blown. They don't provide iron. The water in bathroom will turn cold after few minute bath. Location is far from MRT.

The moment we walked in, the lobby smelled like cigarettes. Our room was not clean, the floors still had hair and other debris left by the previous occupant (like dried used contacts). Walls were dirty and there was a massive dirty Hello Kitty doll in the room that felt unhygienic. Poor sound isolation, the door had a giant gap at the bottom. My husband and I decided to eat the cost and book a different hotel nearby instead.
