The guy at check in was polite and it's in a good location. But the communal areas need to be fixed up and the room was super small. The plugs sockets was coming off the wall and I could barely charge my phone. It was fine for one night's sleep but expensive for what it was.

I did not stay there, just passing by. As soon as you get it, a disgusting smell, then the person at the reception, looks strange and unprofessional like he just woke up. I asked if I could have a look at one room: NO NOT possible This hotel DOES NOT correspond to the picture. This supposed hotel is an insult to human dignity, an insult to the great and kind people of Kingdom of Thailand

I was sick and couldn’t carry on my journey so had to stop for a night near the bus station. The staff helped me with everything I needed, the location was great and my room was perfect. I stay in a lot of 5* hotels with work but I had a better sleep here than all of them recently. Comfy bed, dark, good AC and no noise. Thank you kap🙏

Supper convenience!! 5 minutes from BTS Phrakhanong and 10 minutes to Watergate Department Store The room was clean, have balcony and private bathroom. The air conditioning really cooling. Universal plug as you can charging your devices as good If you looking for convenience stay really recommended but if you look for fancy and 5 stars service like luxurious hotel might not your chance
