Lovely guesthouse with 4 rooms, a shared kitchen, 2 shared lounges and nice rooms. I stayed for 8 nights mostly working online. Good wifi Great location in the centre of Nimman neighbourhood of Chiang Mai "Gun" the manager was super friendly

It looks like a large house from the outside. The room I stayed was a small room, but the common space is very large and nice and workable as well. The host is also super nice and very responsive.

Stayed in a shared bathroom one and liked it still. The bathroom is just next door in the middle of my room I had and other room next that’s all. It is still privacy. Love the living room lounge area, it is comfy. Best location
