Nice hotel. Room comfortable but you need to ask for the view on the booking. A kind and professional staff. Very good location. The metro and all the transports are accessible. The shopping is interesting on that avenue . Thank you for David , Xavier and all the staff.

Great location, Very well equipped and modern apartments, i was impressed. The staff and the reception were very nice and attentive as well. Minus one star due to the fact that the lobby and the elevators smell very bad i think its a sewage problem, other than that the apartment itself smelled good and was very exceptional👍

Super and very strategic location in Madrid. Very well-equipped apartments and friendly staff. Convenient and sufficient space for a 4-member family. High ceilings, spacy feel. There are some drawbacks as well - there is no room whatsoever at the reception, often there is a competition for the elevators between customers of the rooftop bar and the customers of the hotel. While the elevators are 2, there is heavy traffic making the waiting times, use the stairway. Another drawback is the sewage odor in the elevators, at times it is unbearable! Water temperature regulation is a bit unpredictable - either super hot or cold, so it is a lot of fun in the shower 😃 We had to remind the staff multiple times to re-supply shampoo, douche gel, soap but even toilet paper. Be aware that the apartments are not very quiet given their central location!

Great location with proximity to shops, restaurants, theatres, monuments and supermarkets. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and it is the first hotel of similar class that we have stayed in 4 different countries in Europe, where a staff waited for our arrival and helped us with our luggage, from a taxi parked along a very busy boulevard to our room. The hotel has a rooftop bar/restaurant, if you would like to sample rooftop drinks/dinner.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed as a guest. The front desk staff were great and accommodating especially since my husband and I felt unwell towards the end of our staff, they were kind to provide us with late checkout and asked if we needed a doctor. The location of the apartment is fantastic, close to shops and to the station. Only downside was the noise from the other apartments can echo along with music from the sky bar on the terrace which can make it difficult to sleep. However this wasn't a big problem as we had ear plugs from our flight.
