It's at a 10-15 minute walk from the main station and the main market. The rooms are small and as basic as they could be. There was absolutely no one at the hotel during the entirety of our stay. The inner courtyard is actually a junkyard. The room and the bathroom were reasonably clean, but we expected a slightly better better for whatever price we paid, but I guess Florence is a bit expensive. Also, you have to pass an underbridge while walking from the main market, which didn't seem too safe even though nothing happened.

Short walk from train station, tram stop across road literally 5 minutes into the centre and main train station. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable - good generous size - if you just want a clean, safe, comfortable base with easy access to transport and the centre - it's ideal - I would definitely stay again - little cafe on next corner perfect for a quick breakfast of coffee and croissant (pastries) €3

Absolutely horrible!!! Everything is so dirty, disgusting. When you arrive there’s nobody so you wait till the owner answer the phone to tell you how to get the key because there is no reception. Absolutely don’t go!!
