facilities are nice and clean, the person in charge (Andrea) was so accommodating (let us have a late check out since our train was in the late afternoon). very spacious, and the balcony and window had great views over the city! the breakfast was also delicious for just 5€ per person (they even let us choose when we wanted to eat!). be warned that they only have hair + body wash (a common thread i’m seeing across hotels in italy so far)~~

This little hotel is really nice, and the view in certains rooms are amazing ( have a look at the following picture!). Andrea is very welcoming, he gives good advice and listens to our requests! He offered us an amazing experience ! We can only recommend this hotel !

Located within walking distance of the SMN Florence bus station. Very clean, and quiet. The staff gave us directions and a map on how to get to all the main attractions of the city. The hotel was within walking distance of the Florence Duomo, and if you're feeling up for a hike you can get to the botanical gardens. If you aren't up for the hike you can catch a bus right next to the hotel! I would recommend Soggiorno Rubino Firenze to anyone!
