This is a huge hotel that is a bit like a ghost town. So much space is unused and empty. Everything is on a big scale and if it were busy, it would be a bustling hotel. In some areas it is in need of a face lift.

Beautiful hotel which is great value for money. The hotel is situated just on the outskirts of Phnom Penh which is a $5 journey to the centre. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is huge and I believe this was built to be a casino however it got rejected last minute so the owner decided to convert it into a hotel instead. The rooms are huge as well and spotless. Room service is great and the food is exceptional and very well priced. The spa is great I had a massage and exfoliated my skin with salt scrub both of which were to a very high standard and the masseuse was attentive and methodical for both these treatments which was well over 90 minutes cost $80. One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in.

Location is opposite to the Royal Palace , across river. Go to Skyline Bar for great views. But it's a long way into town. And the immediate environment has nothing. The hotel is really a posh conference centre. The architect believed bigger is classier. It is bombastic. A Lobby that feels empty and soulless. A huge empty place. Staff try to help though, as seems common in Vietnam.
